Reliable Plant attendees are seeking people like you with innovative ideas, problem-solving applications, best practices, case studies and/or personal expertise. Here is your chance to share your successes with hundreds of peers in the maintenance and reliability industry.

Selected speakers will receive free, VIP Delegate registration, valued at $1,495. Once approved, speakers will receive a code to register. VIP Delegate registration includes access to learning sessions, keynote addresses, general sessions, receptions, and keynote lunches. Speakers are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.

Speaker Requirements
  • Allocate time for at least one conference call 30 days before the conference.
  • Use provided images and discount code to share 3 social media posts (preferably LinkedIn) promoting Reliable Plant & Machinery Lubrication 2025 and other marketing avenues based on capabilities (website, email signature, custom HTML, etc.).
  • Send invites to associated user organizations (discount code will be provided).
  • Use Reliable Plant & Machinery Lubrication 2025 Presentation Template and upload your presentation in the Speaker Portal for committee review at least 45 days before conference begins.
  • Block your calendar for all possible presentation dates (June 2-5). Agenda will be announced by March 1, 2025.
  • Prepare for possibility to moderate a session.
